Data handled on device
- Scanned images, imported pages, and generated PDF files
- Local app data such as document title, category info, favorite state, and QR history
- Local editing actions such as filters, notes, signatures, and similar adjustments
Limited data that may reach backend services
Lightweight usage events may be sent to improve product quality. This flow is limited to low-sensitivity app signals such as event name, timestamp, app version, locale, and small event properties.
Permissions
- Camera: used for document, ID card, and QR scanning flows
- Internet: used for help/legal links and lightweight analytics events
Sharing and export
When you export a document as PDF, the file is prepared on your device and sent to other apps only through the Android share flow that you start.
No account required
The core ZoriaScan experience does not require an account. Because of that, the app works without collecting classic identity data such as name, phone number, or login profile details.
